How many boxes do I need to move?
Rule of thumb: about 15 boxes per bedroom, 25 for a kitchen, 15 for a living room, plus extras for the garage and attic.
- 1 bedroom apartment: about 60 boxes
- 2 bedroom: about 75–90 boxes
- 3 bedroom house: about 100–130 boxes
Use mostly medium (3 cu ft) boxes, small ones for books, and dish packs for the kitchen.
