Terms of Use

Last updated Nov 2, 2026

By using FitMyLoad (fitmyload.com) you agree to these terms.

Estimates only

FitMyLoad gives free, automated estimates of moving volume, truck or container size, box count, and weight based on average published cube-sheet values. Results are not a quote and not professional advice. Your actual needs vary with your items, how you pack, and the vehicle. Always confirm sizes, capacities, and prices with your mover or rental company before you book.

Third-party names

U-Haul, PODS, U-Pack, and other names belong to their owners. FitMyLoad is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Vehicle and container figures come from their public pages and may change.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no automated abuse, no attempts to disrupt it, and no submitting someone else's email address without permission.

No warranty

The site and its results are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FitMyLoad and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any costs arising from relying on an estimate (for example an undersized truck, extra trips, or rental fees). Our total liability for any claim is limited to $0, the amount you paid to use the service, or the minimum allowed by law.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
