FitMyLoad is a free calculator. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.
What we collect
- Your inventory (rooms and items) stays in your browser (local storage). We don't receive it unless you ask us to email your report.
- If you request an emailed report: your first name, last name, email address, the text of your report, whether you ticked the updates box, and the time of the request.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider (for example IP address and request time) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To send the report you asked for.
- To send occasional FitMyLoad updates only if you opted in. Every update includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes promptly (within 10 business days, as CAN-SPAM requires).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't show ads or use advertising trackers.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores report requests.
- Resend delivers our email.
They process data for us under their own privacy and security terms.
How long we keep it
We keep report requests for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. If you opted in to updates, we keep your email until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete your information, or to unsubscribe, email privacy@fitmyload.com from the address you used. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
FitMyLoad is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
